- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed (to make 2 "flax eggs")
- 1/4 cup corn (tender, frozen or canned)
- 1/4 cup green chiles (canned, 1 - 4.5 ounce can is more than enough)
