- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sucanat (or other granulated sweetener of your choice., buy it here)
- 6 pears (medium, peeled and sliced thin)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves (buy it here)
- 1/4 cup sucanat (or natural sweetener of choice, honey will work)
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg
- 1 cup cream
- 1 egg
