I multiplied the dough ingredients by x1.5 and added a 4th pear. Also, added cinnamon and crystallized ginger to pears. Turned out perfect! Definetly needed the extra crust.

Perfect! Super easy and delicious. Will definitely make again. I did not have sour cream and substituted plain Greek yogurt without issue.

So yummy! However, the dough yield was such a small amount that I could barely roll it to even 10 inches in diameter before it was too thin to fold. Also, I had to add more butter to the dough because it was just a pile of sticky crumbs that would roll out.
But with some tweaking, it turned out great!

This recipe did not work for me. The pears were incredibly dry - definitely needed the addition of more liquid. I haven’t made tarts before so the dough didn’t work well for me. It kept breaking so the crust was not light and flaky.

This was so easy and delicious. I had very juicy pears so a bit of flour mixed in the pears would have done the trick.
