Very good and easy to make. The crust was delicious. It was crispy, flaky, and thin. I would probably mix the sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and melted butter before adding this mixture to the apples, because the apples ended up with clumps of cinnamon and the butter separated. Also, I’ll make sure the apples are room temperature when mixing. I used 2 Honey Crisp and one Gala.
