- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- buttermilk (As needed)
- seasoned flour (As needed)
- 2 lb. green tomatoes (½” dice)
- 1 lb. sweet onion (¼ “dice)
- 4 floz agave nectar
- 4 floz apple cider vinegar
- 8 fl oz white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root (minced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 cinnamon sticks
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt (to taste)
