- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- dough (To make)
- 2 cups spelt flour (or all purpose Einkorn, where to find einkorn, spelt is available at Whole Foods)
- 2 cups spelt flour (or whole Einkorn, I grind my own wheat berries at home)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- cream (To make)
- 2 pt. sour cream (pasture raised, I use raw)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (grind raw cane sugar in a coffee grinder)
- crumbs (Trimmed pieces of layers, ground into, using a food processor or blender)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (toasted finely, optional)
- 1/2 grated chocolate (optional)
