Absolutely delicious!
Added1/3c sour cream, 1t vanilla and 1egg yolk to crust.
And a little salt to cinnamon mixture. Put apricot jam on pastry before sugar.

Oh my goodness - theses came out super flaky - took a bit of work but so worth it - I added whole raisins to the wedges before wrapping - will definitely make again
