Amazing! Super easy and quick to make!
I made mine with honey Dijon mustard instead of French dressing and brushed it with a maple syrup and Dijon glaze before roasting!! If sauerkraut doesn’t work for everyone in the house leave it out and serve it on the side :D

Delicious! My family loved it, even my picky teen, who didn't even mind the sauerkraut. Will make again!
