Directions
- Bring a medium pot of water to a boil.
- Cut potatoes in half and place in boiling water. Boil potatoes for 7 minutes.
- Remove potatoes from water and allow time to cool (or use cold water), then use a cheese grater to shred potatoes into a bowl.
