- 1 Tbsp. fennel powder
- 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp. grated coconut (optional)
- 1 pinch baking soda (Sodium Bicarbonate or khabar soda, optional)
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar (or ¾ cup Molasses/Jhola Gur/ Jaggery+1 cup Sugar or 1 ½ cup Date Palm Jaggery)
- 5 pods green cardamom
- vegetable oil (1. Sufficient, for deep frying, I used Sunflower oil but you can use any vegetable oil)
