- 2/3 cup farinha de mandioca (for the GAPS diet version~ use 1/3 cup coconut flour + 1/3 cup flax seed meal)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cocoa butter (melted and then measured; or tallow)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda (sifted)
