Excellent recipe. I found another similar recipe to this, but I followed this one with one exception. The other recipe also uses fresh garlic. In my house, you can’t cook lamb without garlic, it’s the law. So I added 3 cloves of chopped garlic to the recipe. Oh buy the way, Cabernet Sauvignon was perfect for this recipe.....
