- 2 cups walnut halves (tossing to coat them.)

- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 peaches (firm, but ripe)
- 8 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 3 Tbsp. almond paste (grated or crumbled)
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 4 Tbsp. sliced almonds (or slivered, lightly toasted.)
- vegetable oil (for grill and peaches)
- honey (Additional, for drizzling)
