- 5 cups vegan chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. black peppercorn (crushed, plus more to sprinkle over the top)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 carrots (chopped)
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. vegan margarine
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed)
