Really love this recipe. It’s practically foolproof due to its simplicity, yet it’s so very tasty. If you’re into roasted potatoes you’ll love this dish. Have a care with the lemon though, as it’s easy to use too much which dramatically changes the entire profile.

Excellent side dish to any protein! I served it with vinegar and honey chicken from the Rachel Ray Just In Time cookbook! Family favorite!

These potatoes were the perfect pair to my rosemary pork loin. I turned the oven to broil for the last 5 minutes to get a nice crust on the potatoes. I love the use of cayenne pepper!
