Delicious and relatively simple. I dialed back the spices a bit, and filleted the chicken instead of pounding it flat, worked great. Will make again!

This recipe was fantastic, quick and easy to make. Just be cautious on how many peppercorns you roll into the chicken as some people may not like the spice. We loved it. I used thyme instead of rosemary, for some reason I thought I has planted some in my garden... guess not. Will definitely make again- perfect weeknight dinner.
