Fabulous flavors, add to taste. Time line for cooking is approximate but close depending on how you cube the potatoes, smaller cooks faster.

This recipe lives up to all of the positive comments made about it. It is very easy to make, very tweakable , and tastes delicious. The only addition I made to the recipe was from a suggestion made by a prior reviewer. We crumbled goat cheese over the top of each serving.

Very tasty and very easy! We live ground lamb and now we have a new simple and delicious way to prepare it!

It was so much better than I imagined! I used jalapeño peppers instead of Serrano because it was what I have on hand. We added sour cream and my husband wiped up the bowl with Naan dippers

Just made this. Didn't have Serrano so I used a Jalapeno instead. I also subtracted 1 potato only using two. It is very good with a nice mixture of flavors. The family liked it and there were no left overs. As a side we had black olives which complimented it well in our opinion.

Easy to make - substituted 1/8 tsp of dried chipotle pepper
tasty - can easily be converted into a wrap!
future recommendation - remove oil from lamb once cooked and before adding spices
