- 2 cups dairy-free milk (whole milk if you're dairy-free substitute with unflavoured)
- 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (regular kind)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1 stalk green onions (optional for garnish finely chopped)
