Description
Some delectable desserts just can’t be bought in stores. Not even the high end stores have some of the best sweet treats. This Rose Ice Cream is one recipe you will have to make yourself to enjoy. It takes 50 minutes to prepare this creative confection. You can use rose wine or petals of very fragrant organic flower that has not been treated with chemicals and is washed well and diced.

- 500 mL heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 200 mL honey (rose)
- 6 drops red food coloring (optional)
- rose (petals of a very fragrant, organic, it cannot have been treated with chemicals, washed well and diced)

Directions
- Lightly whisk the cream with the vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Slowly add in the rose honey, red food coloring (optional), and rose petals.
- If using an ice cream machine, pour the mixture into the base and follow the machine’s instructions.
- If you have no ice cream machine, pour the mixture into a shallow, metal container and freeze for 1/2 an hour. Remove, beat, and freeze again, repeating the process until completely set.
