- Clean inner leaves of romaine, arrange on serving platter with 1 cup cherry tomatoes. Serve with vinaigrette dressing for dipping: In jar with tight-fitting lid, shake together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, pepper and seasoned salt.
