- 1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared, on the thick side, helps if they are chilled. Click HERE for my recipe)
- 2 cups broccoli (steamed, chopped into very small pieces, almost minced)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoning mix (Ranch Dressing)
- 10 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup broccoli (steamed, finely chopped)

Ok I made this to the T and used everything this writer used the meal was ok . But it tasted as though is was missing something it needed herbs and spices to bring the flavors together it was tender but lacking flavor... 2 weeks later I made this again switching a few things around and adding herbs Now excellent match of flavors brought together with a little time and effort one that's easy to mix and match different veggies and cheese thanks for the starter recipe we love it now
