- 1/2 cup flour (I used gluten-free for my dad)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
- buns (for serving, I used brioche buns for me and my brother and gluten-free buns for my mom and dad)

- pitted green olives (for serving)
