I used 6 oz goat cheese and a whole cup of cottage and was still very strong and flavorful.

This is so yummy! I think it would be awesome rolled up in chicken I might even try it tonight. Highly recommend this spread. Great for holidays too so colorful. I used a little of the oil from the sun dried tomatoes with fresh basil
