- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 2 tsp. grated orange peel (finely)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup low salt chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (coarsely, divided)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (coarsely chopped)
- 50 olives (preferably mixed colors and sizes)
