    This recipe was soooo easy and delicious! Important to turn the Cauliflower every 10 minutes while roasting. Enjoy!!!!

    My husband and I give this highest marks! I followed the recipe exactly, using freshly grated Parmesan and turning the cauliflower every 10 minutes. It was done in 30 minutes, and I hadn't cut it as small as the photos show. (Okay, so I didn't follow the recipe exactly. Lol.) Easy and excellent food!
