I ended up only doing broccoli and didn't exactly mix in a bowl or use the spices given. I drizzled some olive oil on a pan put the broccoli on it, put some more olive oil on top and seasoned with meat tenderizer. Then I rolled it all around with my hand and let it cook at 425° for 25 minutes. It came out super tender and really good, although slightly burnt. Had it with spaghetti- enjoyed by all who had it.
