- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon (finely grated)
- 1 red pepper (small, seeds removed and cut into thin strips)
- 1 green pepper (small, seeds removed and cut into thin strips)
- 115 grams button mushrooms (halved)
- 8 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 350 grams pasta shapes

Directions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix half the melted Flora with the parsley and the lemon rind. Set aside.
- Brush the remaining melted Flora over the pepper pieces and arrange, in a single layer, on a baking tray.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C, 180°C fan, gas mark 6 for 10 minutes.
