It turned out really well! Very delicious. I didn’t add the cream because it already tasted creamy, and I added red pepper flakes to give it a little kick.

It was delicious. I thought it needed slightly more kick so I added some red wine, a splash or Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar, a bit of thyme, oregano, 3 sundried tomatoes, a half teaspoon of Diana BBQ sauce, a bit of leftover cilantro vinegar honey dressing and a pinch or two of Aleppo pepper.

I twist some things depending on what’s in my fridge, but this recipe definitely is the base of any amazing tomato soup!
