- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (very cold, roughly chop it with a chef knife into dimes size pieces)
- 1/4 cup ice water (Make a cup of ice water, then measure out ¼ cup)
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 2 1/2 lb. fresh tomatoes (sliced)
- 10 cloves garlic (depending on how much you want to smell like garlic the next day :)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly, the stinkier the better)
- 1 egg (beaten)
