I didn’t love the vegetable broth base. I’ve made it using chicken broth and prefer that base.
The flavor fell flat so I added more spices and it worked out..

Everyone loved it, personally i felt it was a bit acidic so I added a swirl of cream with some basil on top= looked great and took the edge of it

Fantastic flavor and very easy to make! Skipped the straining step and removed the skins off garlic didn't know why those would be left on.
