- 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder (– add slowly to taste)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder (– add more if desired)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 6 cups boiling water
- 2 cans kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 medium tomatoes (seeded and diced)
- 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt (ground, or to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (coarsely chopped)
