This recipe is amazing. So much flavor! I double it and use a large disposable tin pan and it works wonderfully! We used dried cherries for this recipe and the sweetness was perfect. I have also added drumsticks to this to stretch the recipe for extra guests and it worked perfectly.
This is a Shabbat favorite!
