    My new favourite ice cream! I added a handful of basil and used the 'freeze and stir' method as I don't have an ice cream machine. The alcohol gives it a more smooth and creamy consistency, but I find tequila to have a very strong taste so left it out altogether, and the finished product came out fine. Best strawberry ice cream I've ever tasted.
