- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. white miso paste
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. safflower (grapeseed, or canola oil)
- 3/4 tsp. ginger root (finely grated)
- freshly ground pepper
- 6 oz. greens (spring mix, I used Trader Joe’s ‘Power to the Greens’ mix!)
- 1/2 Asian pear (cored and thinly sliced with a mandolin)
