- 1 cup flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 cup mint (chopped, optional)
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. liquid honey (or agave, maple syrup)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pinch salt (depending on whether or not your tahini is already salted – season to taste)
- 1 orange (organic, optional)
