I added toasted sesame oil and extra garlic to bring out more flavor. Cooked an additional 10 minutes because the sweet potatoes were not quite done. Overall, an easy and tasty dish.

It smelled really good! I cooked it for 25 minutes and it was just perfect! Tender and crispy at the same time. A good combination. The sausage added a little taste to it too! Definitely will do this again!

this was surprisingly good! feel free to throw in whatever spices you want for the veggie tossing. I'm a novice in the kitchen but was very happy with how it turned out

the sweet potatoes cook way slower than all the other veggies, which i should have realized. Jenny O turkery sausage doesnt cut like the recepie calls for.
