- 1 can spice (the romanesco further, if you'd like. I added some za'atar to the mix!)
- 1/4 cup edamame
- 1/4 cup microgreens
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup berries (kiwi, halved)
- 1 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds
- 1 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 1/2 avocado (sliced or chopped)
- boiled egg (soft-, sliced optional)
- 1/2 cup shallots (minced)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dark molasses
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. ground coriander (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
