- 8 Roma tomatoes (seeded, you may substitute canned whole Roma Tomatoes for fresh, just be sure to drain the juice before adding.)
- 2 red peppers (large, de-seeded, roasted and peeled)

- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 4 cups chicken broth (or Vegetable Broth if you prefer a Vegetarian version)
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. marsala wine (or red cooking wine)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup milk (or Almond Milk if you prefer Vegetarian or Dairy-free version)
