The overall taste is okay. The roasting temp of 450 was way too high--I lowered it to 400 when I put the radishes in. In the end, it was not worth it because the honey and balsamic formed a hard taffy-like tar all over the radishes and on the bottom of my cast iron. It was glue on my teeth and lacquer on the cast iron which took a while to deglaze.
