I added some seasoned salt at the end. Maybe I didn’t add enough salt to the water.

Seeds came out perfectly toasted at 15 minutes and I stirred them every 5 minutes.

i think my seeds were too big which made them chewy whole some ended up a little burnt. The recipe was easy though.

These were delicious. We used seeds from a Chicago Warty Hubbard Squash instead of a pumpkin.
