- 8 pitted Castelvetrano olives (chopped - ripe green, black or kalamata olives will also work)
- 5 oz. goat cheese
- 4 tsp. breadcrumbs (or nut crumbs, use nut crumbs for gluten free or for Passover)
- 1 tsp. spice blend (za’atar)
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. chili pepper flakes (optional - adds spice)
