I have made this recipe more times than I can count. My family loves it every single time. I follow the directions exactly, and it tastes delicious every time.

I think this is a good, versatile tenderloin. My kids, who hate pork, eat this preparation, and I make it with sides of their choosing. The key is taking off the silvery “skin,” which I never knew to do.

Turned out beautifully…the jasmine rice on the side complemented the spices of the rub and pork for a great meal. Adding this to the regular meal rotation for sure!

Super delicious, followed directions and it came out perfect. I cooked to 140 degrees. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Put asparagus in the cast iron pan after browning pork, then put in the oven. Was a bit worried that the asparagus would be overcooked, but no, it was just right. Served with baked potato. Definitely making again, maybe with green beans next time.

Amazing! So delicious. I cooked it to 160 and the meat was still tender. My family devoured it!

This was quick and easy to make. Super flavorful. I had to cook a longer than the suggested time. Next time I will cut the salt in half.

My family loved it! My daughter who typically doesn’t enjoy pork exclaimed, “This is really good pork tender line!”

It was so easy and delicious! Will definitely make this again when I’m running short on time. Next time, I would reduce salt to 1/2 or 3/4 teaspoon

It was amazing! The meat was most and the seasons complimented each other well however, I did cook longer then recommended because cooking on the oven for 10-15 still produced red juices

Very good, moist and flavorful. I used the pure convention oven for only 10 minutes 8 minutes would have been enough
