    Why use aluminum foil? Exposing aluminum to the acidity of sauerkraut unnecessarily exposes the diner to leeched aluminum. I'll use parchment paper and see how it stands up.

    This recipe is great. It was so moist and tastes delicious. It is getting gteat reviews from the family too. i did use fresh Sauerkraut and a prepared whole-seed Mustard. Delicious! Will definitely make this again!
