- brioche buns (as needed, toasted with butter)
- fontina cheese (as needed, shaved)
- 2 bunches broccoli raab (sauteed with olive oil, salt & pepper)
- 2 lb. pork loin center cut (boneless)
- 1 cup peach yogurt
- 2 floz lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 tsp. cloves (ground)
- 1 tsp. nutmeg (ground)
- 1 Tbsp. cardamom (ground)
- 1 Tbsp. allspice (ground)
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- 1. In mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, allspice, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- 2. Add Pork Loin and marinate for 1 hour.
- 3. Evenly grill pork loin to achieve well browned crust and char.
