- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place hens on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush with oil
- Mix paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, sea salt, thyme and pepper in small bowl. Rub evenly over entire surface of hens

Absolutely fantastic!! Added minced onion and the gravy was beyond the beyonds

It turned out amazing. Using convection mode on my oven allowed it to cook faster than 1.5 hour. Great flavor!!!!

Bursting with flavor! Even my picky eater son liked it, and that's saying a LOT.
I agree with Roland, though. An hour and fifteen minutes isn't nearly long enough in a 350º oven.

I had to put it back in the oven twice because it was still pink inside, but good flavor.
