I made this with halibut fillets and added some capers as well. The fish was most and tasty nice Mediterranean flavours. I will make again in the future and consider adding some fresh garlic and/or cherry tomatoes. Also I used the Roast option on my oven which I think reduced cooking time plus crisped the topping just slightly.
