They were not as crispy as I had thought they’d be. There was too much liquid. Taste was very good though.

Omg I could cook it just to smell it I was liberal w the garlic and maple syrup. Also added some Adobe to the Brussels sprouts which I swear by in most recipes. So so so so good.

Lovely flavor! I used less maple syrup than the recipe wanted and it was fantastic!

This was a very tasty recipe, but I would have to agree with the other comments sautéing much longer than what the recipe calls for is key. Thank you for sharing this recipe with the Yummly community!

Great! I skipped the maple syrup on my portion and it was still really tasty. Family loved it!

Delicious. Pretty easy to make. Paired well with pork/apples/sage recipe as they could be started first, then pork added to the oven.

The combination of the sprout and bacon and maple syrup was delicious! We couldn’t stop eating this wonderful side dish.

Turned out well! i only had half a pound of Brussels so i quartered everything, cooked them in a cast iron skillet and for 10+ minutes longer. The bacon was like candy. Good tastes all around.

I left a review before... this is a great dish. I took it to work for a pot luck and it smelled terrible when I opened the dish. The flavors were amazing and I will make it again.

I made this for thanksgiving and it was the biggest hit! The only problem is we wished we had more! Haha I’ll be making 4lbs next time! Best Brussel sprout recipe!

Turned out great! I didnt have maple syrup on hand when i made it but i substituted 3/4 cup molasses and it was Amazing! Also added about 1 cup of beef broth in the main pot before roasting (from bullion cube). The added liquid kept some of the sprouts soft ibstead of crisping the edges but the flavor was great!

Very very delicious! I love brussel sprouts any way you prepare them from butt naked to a sprinkling of lemon pepper to a burnt beurre and lemon sauce but this one is definitely going in the family recipe box!

only drizzled a bit of maple syrup on each to cut the bitterness and give it a bit of sweetness.
