It came out great ! I brought 2 kg of these tubers from my parents back yard in their house outside of Moscow and was looking for a unique recipe to prepare these earthy guys. I should say feta and dill complete the earthy taste of the Jerusalem artichoke . I will keep this recipe and send it to my family back in Russia . I never see these sold in American supermarkets though 🤷♂️
