this is probably my fav cauliflower dish so far. the sauce was fantastic!!! i think u could make an entire dish from this, add broccoli, pineapple and chicken i think and u got a whole meal! i will make this time and time again!

I loved it. I did not have onion powder, used dried onion flakes. Was in a hurry and used garlic salt. But thought both of these flavors still complimented the sauce just fine. I added the Sriracha in several small doses till it seemed right. I began the sauce with 2 tablespoons of water and the cornstarch got rid of any thin consistency. I think these are delightful flavors for cauliflower.

I dont know how it happened, but the combition of flavors did not go well and the consistency was very runny even though we cut back on the honey and water. The sauce was way too sweet and i couldnt bring myself to finish the dish. Despite the negative, the cauliflower itself turned out pretty good.
