Everyone liked it very much the only change I made was replacing the Dijon mustard with a regular one

This was easy and tasty. The combination of herbs with the lemon flavor was good! Mine was done a little early - just test it with a fork to see if the fish flakes and then you know it is done. I think this would work well with other types of firm fish as well.
